I love using affirmations to reprogram my mind and tell a new story.
Starting any new practice can be challenging especially when we feel resistant to believing something new about ourselves. Don’t let that stop you, because with practice you can teach yourself to believe in the positive affirming statements you are telling yourself. Honestly, doesn’t just feel better to tell yourself positive things that feel good?
