A field full of blooming flowers danced in the wind as the sea breeze trickled up my nose. A few minutes prior an impromptu hike was decided and here I was walking on a beaten path heading towards the ocean. In just a few moments I was about to meet the sea again with whom I have a deep love affair. As I continued to walk on this path I couldn’t help but be in awe of what I was seeing, but most importantly what I was feeling.
I felt excited, energized and alive in every inch of my being.
I reminded myself that I created this moment and all the moments prior that had led up to this very one. I was in awe of my creative power. I thought to myself, so this is what it feels like to be an empowered creator of my life. To follow my heart, to live a life that I want, to support the reality I intend to experience all while staying true to who I am.
This view of the sea with the field of pastel flowers is a testimony to my creative ability to live out my intended life. A few months prior I was in Hawaii celebrating my birthday, which was a big a deal for a winter baby like me.
I took my experience of creating the Hawaii trip as a default to what else I could create and now I was here in California being reminded again of exactly that. My infinite limitless ability to create whatever I wanted. All I had to do was consciously direct my energy, focus and thoughts toward the very thing I desired to experience.
In a way you can say manifesting is easy. It becomes hard when we think with our egoic mind who has to know the how of everything. Recently someone very dear to me shared exactly what how stands for: holding onto worry.
What an ah-ha moment! It’s the perfect definition of exactly what the ego does. Its attachment to how = holding onto worry gets in the way of things working out.
What we give our attention to and energize with deliberate focus becomes the experience we have. We cannot expect a different result by keeping our focus on what we do not want by holding onto worry = how.
My experiences by the sea in Hawaii and California serve as a reminder to let go and surrender if I want to feel good. When I feel good life just works! Because we don’t need to hold onto worry, we need to harness our personal power, then we become our soul’s truest expression.
+ Your personal reality is determined by your personality. What you think about yourself will always determine what you do or don’t do.
+ How = holding onto worry will not give you what you want, but give you exactly what you don’t.
+ Surrender is accepting peace and realizing that peace is your power.
